Start with the most important boundary
Tellyra does not include channels, subscriptions, playlists, or media. If you have not received a source from a provider or organization you are authorized to use, there is nothing to discover inside the app.
- Use only sources and media you have the right to access.
- Do not share a provider login or playlist address with other people.
- Tellyra Support does not recommend channel providers or downloadable source lists.
What to prepare before you add a source
Your source may be a remote M3U playlist, a local M3U or M3U8 file on iPhone or iPad, or a compatible account. Your provider should tell you which kind you have and supply the matching address or sign-in details.
- The exact source address or local playlist file
- A username and password only when your source requires them
- An optional XMLTV guide address if your provider supplies one
- A stable internet connection for the first check
Let the first check narrow the problem
After you enter the source, Tellyra checks whether it can be reached and understood before you rely on it. If something is wrong, focus on the category shown—network, sign-in, format, or content—instead of changing every setting at once.
- Network usually means the address cannot be reached from the current connection.
- Sign-in usually means the details were rejected or the account is unavailable.
- Format means the response is not a supported playlist or account response.
- Content means the source opened but did not contain usable items.
After a successful import
You can browse live channels, movies, or series when your source provides them, search your library, save favorites, and add program-guide data. Tellyra shows only the categories present in your own source.
