Fair, useful boundaries

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Tellyra app and website. They supplement the license terms that apply through Apple’s App Store and do not reduce rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Tellyra is a player, not a content service

Tellyra lets you use playlists, compatible accounts, local files, and guide data that you provide. Tellyra does not include, sell, host, recommend, or verify channels, subscriptions, playlists, or media. The developer is not your television or network provider.

02

2. Use authorized sources

You may use Tellyra only with sources and media you are legally permitted to access. You are responsible for your source provider, credentials, network use, geographic restrictions, licenses, and compliance with applicable law.

  • Do not use Tellyra to infringe copyright or other rights.
  • Do not bypass access controls or distribute credentials without permission.
  • Do not attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Tellyra or this website except where law expressly permits.
03

3. Sources, playback, and availability

Third-party sources can change, fail, block access, or provide incorrect metadata. Diagnostics and backup playback can help explain or recover from failures, but they cannot guarantee that any source, channel, guide, caption, or device will work at all times.

04

4. App Store purchases

Core playback for the first source is available free of charge. Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your App Store account. Apple processes purchases, refunds, family sharing, taxes, and purchase restoration under its terms. Features and pricing shown in the app or App Store control if they differ from this website.

05

5. Ownership and feedback

Tellyra, its design, code, brand, and original materials belong to the developer or its licensors. Your playlists, accounts, and media remain yours or your provider’s. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Tellyra without an obligation to compensate you.

06

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tellyra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every source. The developer is not liable for third-party content, providers, network charges, lost access, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

07

7. Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update Tellyra or these terms, discontinue features, or restrict use that threatens security, rights, or service integrity. Material term changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Tellyra is provided by the developer identified on its App Store listing.
