The short version
Tellyra has no ads, tracking, analytics SDK, developer account service, or developer-operated media backend. The developer does not receive your playlists, source credentials, favorites, viewing history, or playback progress through the app.
Data stored on your devices
Source addresses and credentials are stored on your device, with secrets protected by Apple Keychain. Imported playlist files are copied into the app’s private storage. Favorites, history, and progress stay local unless you enable private iCloud sync.

Optional private iCloud sync
If you enable private iCloud sync, selected library state may be stored in your private iCloud database so your Apple devices can stay in step. Source addresses, usernames, passwords, and access tokens are excluded. Apple processes iCloud data under your Apple account and Apple’s terms.
Support reports and email
A privacy-safe support report is generated on-device only when you request it. It is designed to omit source addresses, media identity, credentials, favorites, and history. Nothing is sent until you choose to share it. If you email support, the message and attachments you choose to send are processed only to answer and resolve your request.
This website
This is a static website with no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, user accounts, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare hosts and protects it and may process basic request and security data, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
Your controls and deletion
Delete a source from its action menu to remove its local data. In Settings → Privacy & Data, you can disable private iCloud sync and delete Tellyra’s private iCloud data. There is no Tellyra account to close. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed to resolve requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Children, changes, and contact
